How we handle business contact data
Last updated 27 July 2026. This page explains what happens if you received an email from us and we did not get your address from you directly.
Who is contacting you
Liberty Tech LLC
Marina Twin Towers, Lusail, Doha, Qatar
anas@libertytech.fr
Liberty Tech LLC is the data controller for the processing described on this page. We place senior mobile developers into client engineering teams.
What data we hold
Only business contact details, nothing else:
- Your name and job title
- Your professional email address
- The company you work for, its website, country and industry
- Publicly announced company information, such as funding or open roles
We do not hold personal addresses, phone numbers, financial data, or any special category data.
Where we got it
From publicly available and commercially available business sources: company websites, public professional profiles, public company registers, public job listings, and licensed B2B contact databases. We never buy consumer data, and we do not scrape private accounts.
Why we use it, and on what legal basis
We use it for one purpose only: to send you a short business proposition about developer staffing, in your professional capacity.
Our legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR: direct business to business marketing, which Recital 47 recognises as a legitimate interest. We assessed this against your interests. The contact is professional not personal, the volume is low, the message is relevant to your role, and you can stop it with a single word. Where local law requires prior consent instead, we do not send.
How to make it stop
Reply "no" to any email we send, or write to anas@libertytech.fr.
You do not have to give a reason. We add you to a permanent suppression list, stop immediately, and never contact you again. The suppression list exists only so that we can honour your objection, and we keep it indefinitely for that reason alone.
Who else sees it
Our email sending platform (Instantly, operated by Instantly Systems Inc.) and our email verification provider process this data on our behalf under data processing agreements. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for anyone else's marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Some of these providers are outside the EEA. Transfers rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
- No reply: deleted within 12 months of the last email.
- You objected: removed from all campaigns immediately, and only your email address stays on the suppression list.
- You replied and we started a conversation: kept for the life of that business relationship.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to:
- Tell you what data we hold about you, and give you a copy
- Correct anything wrong
- Delete it
- Restrict how we use it
- Send it to you or another provider in a portable format
- Object to direct marketing. This one is absolute. We must stop, and we will.
Email anas@libertytech.fr and we will answer within 30 days, free of charge. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.
